SBR: Reduction

My boobs needed a reduction prior to having the twins. Now, they really need one.  Anyone have one before?  Any experiences?

TIA!

Re: SBR: Reduction

  • In my professional experience, I've never met a woman who regretted having it done! Troy T homp son is the plastic surgeon whose work we see most frequently. Patients seem to love him. Nurses, not so much ;)

From a personality perspect, I prefer Dr K err. He's newer to our network but I've seen him put many faces back together after car accidents and if he can make an accidental wound look that good, I'm sure a surgical incision will look perfect! I plan to see him to remove some more of my moles in very visable places.

  • I had one... But about 13 years ago. I'm more than happy to share my experience with you- just not sure how current it will be :)

I'm very happy I did it... My only regret is that it made breast feeding really hard. Let me know if you have specific questions or anything.

  • I'm planning to have one when I lose the excess weight. I'm an F, and I'd like to be a C/D.
  • I'm hoping to get one once I'm done having babies.  Even when I was a size 5, I was a DD.  Now it's out of control.  I think I'm a G or something?  Ugh.  I dream of being a small C.

  • No experiences with a reduction, but I do have a rec for a plastic surgeon that I've used for work on my "chestal region."  And even though they're not the same procedure, I'm happy to share my surgery experiences with you.
