I absolutely LOVE Tille as a nn, but I agree, not a stand alone name. I had a patient once whose whole name was Margret and went by Tille, and I also think Matilda works well.

Love Tilly, it was a major name crush for me when I was pregnant with DS. Like pp have suggested Matilda is a great full name. I hope you use this name in some form, good luck!
