LOL. I couldn't help it.
Had my IUI and it went great! Had the nurse I really like - she did our IUI last time too. She said I had good fertile CM (yay!) and while not needed for the IUI, I feel like I never have any - so that was good. My temp dipped today and I still had a + OPK this morning, so all good signs that our timing was good.
Now for the best news - DH's post wash count was 12 million!!!!! Considering our last one was 2.5 million and the two last year were 1.5 and 4.5 million I was so excited!!! BAM!!! Take that MFI!!!
He is on fertility blend, omega 3 and co-q 10. But, I really think what helped was we abstained since Sunday morning. Normally we would try to have sex 36-48 hours before, but being unmedicated that is hard to judge. This time I decided to give it another couple of days. We had sex Sunday morning and if I hadn't gotten a + OPK by last night I figured we would have it again, but since I got a + on Tuesday night we waited it out. So, so glad that we did!!
His motility was great too!! 98% total motile sperm and 95% forward progressing. Woo-hoo!! So fingers crossed that this will work!!!

Dx: Complete septate uterus with cervical duplication, endometrial polyps, PCOS, endometriosis, hypo thyroid, luteal phase defect
4 uterus surgeries to correct my complete septum and to remove polyps and 2 years of seeing the RE, medicated cycles and IUIs
