late night ladies...what are you up to?

It's soo slow on here.  I guess a lot of people have gone away for Thanksgiving already.  So what are you up to tonight?

DH is sitting here with is headset playing COD with his buddies and waiting on me. I'm being ADD (after having myself a really good cry) and bouncing between bumping and reading Stephen King's new novel about the assassination of JFK.   

I know, I know, we are very exciting people.  I don't know how we can stand ourselves.

I'm sitting here surfing the web.  DH is at work.  Our daughter flew out today to visit family on the East Coast for the weekend.  I am lonely and a little crabby!!!!!  Rough day!  I need a good cry!!!

Was exhausted from work and baking today, so took a nap from about 7-10pm while DH watched a hockey game. Now whining about how bad my back hurts, the acid reflux and nausea. Poor DH!

BF is going to be gone most of the night doing a tiling job at the restaurant he works at. I'm trying to stay awake so I can go pick him up when he calls and we can sleep in together.

I'm watching Harry Potter (Half Blood Prince) cause for some reason Harry Potter movies keep me company and I am crocheting cozies for everything that needs a cozy.

Thinking about eating more pumpkin cheesecake....

.Im watching mythbusters, trying to brain storm way to get myself to dilate some.Doc said in two weeks he would induce if i could dilate to 1 cm at least. And wishing i had ham, I want to make a hot ham and cheese.

Dh and I are having tv/music/chat time in bed.  Windows are open and it is very relaxing! Pups are also sleeping on the floor.  Great turkey eve!

I am playing facebook games until the news is over. DD is sleeping and DH is playing one of his computer games. So in other words I am beyond bored waiting on the benedryl to kick in so I can sleep.

We have been watching the rerun of the 2011 BET Awards and discussing the various attributes of the artists.  I also made some onion dip for tomorrow and ate some ice cream.  We're probably about to go to bed soon, seeing as we're having company tomorrow.

Waiting on BF to get home from work then news and criminal minds I just spent a couple hours cleaning my kitchen... can you say nesting?? Canadian here so no turkey day for me tomorrow, but going to a moms group with my childhood friend Should be fun... she has gaviscon and zantac for me...... and THE cutest little 5 month old baby boy!! Such cheeks on this little guy!!

I'm washing baby stuff... baking pies for Thanksgiving, trying not to online shop & going through my checklist of things I need to get done at work before maternity leave. I'm due Monday and with the holiday tomorrow I'm kind of running out of time to wrap things up, so just trying to figure out when I'll be working this weekend. 

It is only 9 PM here, but I'm really contemplating going to bed...

DH went to bed hours ago, he's going duck hunting in the AM. And I'm checking all the store ads for friday. But I think I may actually go to sleep.

Since Sidney has decided to hold us hostage, we decided not to get too adventurous. My sis, her husband and her two kids came over and we're all going to make our Thanksgiving meal together. They will stay for the weekend and I know we will have a great time.

Earlier I made Italian cheesecake for tomorrow and did some laundry

I was fast asleep until DH called to see if he needed to bring anything home from the restaurant for tomorrow (even though he told me before he left that he was bringing home sour cream and cheese).

Now i'm just sitting with my feet up trying to get my foot/ankle swelling to go down a bit since I can't fall back to sleep...

Sounds like our evenings He was playing Skyrim and I was reading until 12:30a, then we got up around 4:15a to start our turkey in our new roaster We've been taking turns getting up every hour to baste (good baby practice, lol) and I made cinnamon rolls this morning for the family at 9 Rght now the Macy's parade is on, but I'll be switching it to the pre-game right at noon, around the time everything Should be cooked and ready to eat!!  Happy Thanksgiving!!
