I recently posted on my birth month board about being admitted to the ER with bleeding, and
having the out of control high thyroid...well I was sent to a specialist for
high risk pregnancies and he made me feel at ease as best he could. He
took me off the meds(thyroid and heart medS) which was a relief to me! They did an ultrasound
(my third this pregnancy) and we got quite a surprise when the baby showed us its
gender.... ITS A BOY!!!!!! My husband is over the moon, we feel so
blessed getting one of each that the next news didn't shock us as much
as it could have...at the moment I have full placenta previa...I kept
wondering why the ultrasound tech was always way below my belly button.
But, we have it and they aren't sure it will correct..I'm getting two
more ultrasounds in the next 6 weeks and they said we will go from
there. I was planing on an ultrasound already so that's not shocking,
but once I started reading about it online I started crying...talk of
blood transfusions and hysterectomy's...I'm quite nervous again. I'm
praying that everything will correct itself, but know things happen for a
reason...trying to see the glass half full. The dr said our baby is
quite healthy and that's all i can ask for...wondering if anyone else is
going through same thing?
