LO and the mirror

in Parenting after a Loss

Anyone else have a LO intrigued by the mirror? DD will be 7 weeks tomorrow and started making eye contact with herself in the mirror. She immediately quiets down and stares at herself. If I smile in the mirror, she'll smile too.

Is this normal?

    Totally normal. I let DD play with the mirror while I'm getting ready in the morning. She loves other babies, and it's a much easier way to give her one to play with than getting KU again Wink
