Blanket sleeper while running a fever?

V had a fever of 101.5 today.  We're alternating Advil and Tylenol but the fever keeps coming back.  Should we put her in lightweight pjs tonight?  Or should we put her in a blanket sleeper?  The low tonight will be 35 here and we keep the house at 68 at night.  I'm just worried about her overheating.

ETA:  Looked online and we're going to put her in lighter pjs tonight so she won't overheat.  Thanks!
