Good customer service from Carters on line

I ordered pj's for all three kids on 11/18, and then yesterday got their email that everything is 50% on the website.  I called and they went through each item and gave me the new sale price on the stuff I paid full price on, and on other items I actually got the better deal  on 11/18. 

I got $14.18 back which brings me to $50 for six Carters pjs.  That's really nice!

Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.

  • I also just recently had great customer service from them. I ordered some girls clothes and got them on Saturday, but when I opened the package, they sent me everything except one shirt and in its place, they sent a random boys top.

    I called and they apologized for the mix-up, are rushing a new girls shirt to me, and they let me keep the boys top, which will be perfect for Fletch. I didn't mention to them that I had a DS--they just told me to keep it when I asked where I should send the top. I liked that they didn't want me to go through the hassle of sending it back when it was their mistake in the first place.
