i go to SIRM NY and have had a great experience. sadly i'm not a success yet (if you want success stories go to success after if or pregnant after if).
i love my RE, he is compassionate, smart and always listens to me and i know he has my best interest at heart. he responds w/in a hour to emails and by eod to phone calls.
i know several ladies who have had success at SIRM NY, NJ and CA. they have their own approach and it's not for everyone. Dr. Sher, who works out of the LV office does not report #'s to SART because he thinks lots of clinics lie and pad their #'s. https://www.ivfauthority.com/search/label/SART

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

To be honest, there have been a lot of first hand negative experiences and questionable practices with several clinics here on the board, and SIRM-LV does not stand out in my mind. Unless you have first hand experience with this clinic or have specific cases that you can cite, negative comments based on hearsay seem questionable.
For sure, SIRM is not conservative and they can be considered controversial because of their immunology angle, however this approach may be exactly the kind of therapy that is appropriate for certain patients. Furthermore, many clinics are not supportive of practices that differ from their own. I'm not saying that SIRM is or is not without it's downsides, but even the "best" clinics have patients that go elsewhere, and to me this argument is inadequate without supporting information.
Good luck with your research!
