A friend of mine was due on Sunday so she is of course anxiously awaiting her LO. People are giving her suggestions on what to do to induce labor. Someone suggested sex. And someone else said that was a good idea because sex produces a hormone that closely mimics what they give you in the hospital to induce labor. ::Face palm::

My favorite that I have heard is to make sure you eat lots of spicy food because the baby will try to escape from it.
