This may seem silly, but what makes a detergent okay or not for CD use? This had been in the back of my mind, but then when I started seeing that lots of moms use Tide Original and it works well for CDs I really started to wonder. Do certain ingredients affect absorbency?

Re: Detergent Question
Enzymes and brighteners can cause build up or reactions. Dyes and fragrances can also irritate baby skin. Those are the big 4 things that can cause problems.
Personally, I'm not a fan of using something like Tide on my own clothes, so I'm not using it on my baby's stuff.

I like the lists from Pinstripes and Polkadots, check the links at the bottom for the type of washer you have.
