It's Cookie Swap Time!

This year's cookie swap will be in Western Hills on Sunday, December 11th in the afternoon. If you think you might be interested in joining, let me know and we'll get you added to the evite! I'll need your email address, so either post here or send me a PM.

We're doing things a little differently this year, and having people bring their cookies pre-packaged so that we have more time to eat, drink and socialize Everyone will pack up 3 or 4 of their cookies (in a ziplock, foil, whatever) and mark with their name and type of cookies. We'll all go around and grab some of each of the cookies - but we won't have to go around several times. Hopefully it'll make things a lot easier!

I'll start another post where people can sign up for different types of cookies, so we don't end up with 10 different mint brownies or something like that Also, on the evite, you'll be able to sign up to bring some extras like plates, cups, drinks or appetizers. Yum

And finally, hopefully everyone will send me their cookie recipe, and so after I have them all, I'll send out a document with all the recipes!

If you are a disaster in the kitchen, you can still come - just sign up for "extras" instead of bringing cookies.

Last year we had some people with new babies bring their babies if you are comfortable with that.... Just a thought.

I would love to come, but we're doing Christmas with my dad that day. I would love to make cookies to swap, but it would be more fun if I could come and socialize.
