I'm so happy! My follie check went great! I have four follies - one 20, two 18s and a 16. I usually only have one! And my E2 was good, but kinda high - 1605. Whatever, I'll take it
I'm wondering...would I ovulate just the 20 or would it be possible to ovulate more? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never had this many before.
I'm so happy it went so well after all the drama of the past couple weeks...the crazy trial, the problems with getting my meds, the renovation of my house...I deserved this day!
Re: Follie Check Today = Trigger Tonight!
Yes, there is a very strong chance you'll ovulate all four. The sixteen may not catch up in time but I'd say the other three will all def. ovulate. Because I've not gotten KU from having two and three follie, I'd move ahead with four. But that's me. I know some other ladies RE have a cut off at three & some change the cut offs depending on how many failed IUIs you've had.
I don't remember the e2 numbers each mature follie produces but I'm sure someone will chime in so you can figure out if all four are ready, but from that high of a number...I'm guessing they are.

I know what you mean. But ince you've had three failed IUIs I don't think it's too high of a risk. That's why I mentioned that some RE's up their cut off based on past treatments. My RE personally let's the patient choose the cut off...except that it has to be four or less. He won't do it with more than four. I hope that for you, one or two get fertilized and stick! Good luck!
