I feel.........

completely hopeless right now.  My betas were going along beautifully, so I thought all was good.  Had my 1st ultrasound this morning and they could only see a tiny sac that way under measured for how far along I should be. No heartbeat.  I really don't know what is happening.  I do everything right, my bloodwork always comes back good, then things just stop progressing.  We are suppose to have 6 house guests this Wednesday and they all know we are prenant.  I want to call and tell them not to come.  I'm still waiting to hear from the doctor to see what the next step is.  I've just been sitting here all day trying to work, but mainly just sitting.  IF has completely consumed my life and I'm just so tired.

    I am soo sorry your having such a hard time! I have no advice but wanted to send you HUGS!! If you need to cancel I am sure they would understand, you have to take care of YOU!

    How far along are you supposed to be and what did you measure at?

    ETA - I only ask, because I've heard of a number of people who were measuring behind and they had late implanters.

    Loving life...one day at a time! 
    Diagnosed with PCOS in 2003. 
    Married in 2007. 
    Failed adoption in 2008.
    No treatment yet. 
    Life changes have made TTC with treatment impossible so far. 
    Trying on our own 2007 - 2013.
    Calling the doctor to get started 11/25/13.
    Cycle 1 - 50mg Clomid/TI cycle started 12/1/13 - ovulated - BFN.  
    Cycle 2 - 50mg Clomid/TI cycle - cancelled due to DH's flu
    Cycle 3 - Benched - waiting on DH's test results for Hypogonadism

    PAIF/SAIF/PGAL/PAL ALL WELCOME!

    I am so sorry to hear this. Big hugs! Your guests would understand if you need to cancel. You could just tell them that you are just really sick if you don't want to talk to them about anything. You need to take care of YOU right now.

    I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. No one should have to endure this. Please take care. I wish I could offer some magically comforting words right now. Just know that we are all here for you.

    Me: 39 DH: 39 Dx: MFI, DOR, Poor Responder Our only option is IVF with ICSI; 1/11 IVF#1.1: Lupron flare, canceled lead follie/poor response; 3/11 IVF#1.2: EPP, canceled due to lead follicle/poor response; 10/11 IVF#1.3: Antagonist, microdose HCG, 2 embies 2dt BFN; 12/11 IVF #2: Stims started 12/17, ER: 12/27 3R, 1 mature, 1 fert, other 2 eggs matured overnight and rescue ICSI performed and both fertilized! (frozen on 12/30), On 12/29 1 2d 4-cell, grade 1 embie transferred. 1/12: Scheduled Beta, FX'd! IVF Snowflakes!

    June/July 2011 100 mg Clomid + TS IUI#1 & IUI 2 - BFN :-(
    Forced break due to DH getting spinal surgery in August 2011
    IVF - January 2012: BFN
    FET in April 2012 - BFP at 6dp5dt! Beta #1 at 9dp5dt: 82.5, Beta #2 at 12dp5dt: 352 Beta #3 at 19dp5dt: 6000, saw heartbeat and one little bean at 5W6D!
    After nearly 3 years of waiting our LO was born December 18th 2012!

    Earlier m/c. DX (finally) 10/10: abnormal acrosome.
    ICSI #1 3dt 11/20/11 HPT BFP 11/30 Our beautiful daughters were born July 28, 2012.

    I'm so sorry.  I'm keeping ym fingers crossed that maybe it was just late to implant. 

    Like other posters have mentioned, maybe you can cancel your plans with your house guests.  I am sure that they will understand.

    What did your RE say the next steps were?  Will you go back in a few days for another ultrasound or more bllodwork?

    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

    Oh my gosh, I am so sorry to be reading this.  My heart goes out to you.  I hope you can make it through with your guests.  Hopefully you will find some unexpected comfort and support there.

    My RE is out of state, so I had my US done at another RE's office where I live.  The RE actually did the US which I thought was kind of odd, and he was not gentle at all.  My out of state RE said they did not include any measurments.  Come to find out they didn't do any.  Nice job.  So I get to go back tomorrow for another US.  This time I'm just going to my OBs office where an actual tech will do the US.  I just found it extremely odd that the doctor did the US today.
