How's everyone doing today? I had a horrible nurse draw my blood this morning. I think she was too busy admiring my tattoos--she twisted my arm so she could see my vintage sewing machine on my forearm-- so it felt like she stabbed me and now my arm is swollen and bruised. I treated myself to breakfast at Panera again and now I'm taking it easy and making stockings for my nieces.

I have to double my PM Menopur dosage beginning tonight because my RE says he'd like to see my E2 rise a little more quickly. I go tomorrow for more blood work and a follie check.  How's everyone else today?

Feeling a little crabby today, and I took a two hour nap after brunch. Otherwise, all's well. I do get a little anxiety in the hours leading up to injection time. I think it's because it's hard to inject the menopur. Does anyone else have this problem? Like it's literally difficult to push down on the plunger? Is it thicker medicine or something? I like to just get them over with as quickly as possible, but the meno seems to be my nemesis. 

First blood draw to check my E2 is in the morning!

I'm on day 4 of stims.  I go in for my first follie check tomorrow.  I'm hoping the soreness I've been feeling is because I have lots of great follies!  Fingers crossed.  I was no where near this uncomfortable last time this early. 

Fraggle:  Hope the incease in dosage helps your numbers increase.

Yes. I squeeze my stomach, put the needle in, inject the Menopur and release the skin as I'm injecting--it goes in much easier.

Just finished night 3 of stims. Im exhausted and have had a 2 week headache. Im drinking a g2 and vita coco a day. Im soaking my feet nightly and getting amazing foot rubs. Im spoiled.

I go in for baseline b/w and u/s tomorrow morning. If everything looks good I start stims on Tuesday. It seems unreal that after waiting so long-first for my DH to accept his MFI diagnosis and then to recover both physically and psychologically from a near fatal car accident (not really an accident when the driver who hit him was watching a video text),I am really going to cycle. Best wishes to all the cranberries.

Finally started AF today and tonight will be 2nd night on stims. Feeling extremely crampy and can't take my prescription meds for that of course so I'm roughing it. Hope you all are hanging in there!

I'm on my 7th day of stims (2 menopur /375 Gonal F/ 1 Ganirelix)... feeling my ovaries they are "heavy" and I was told to take it easy on the couch. Again, monitoring was very painful as my ovaries are "medial" near my bladder. My poor husband had to rake the many leaves without me but the doctor said absolutely not to move.  I officially cancelled Thanksgiving at my house if ER is Wed or Thursday we are out. I cant even think of getting ready for it.  I was really hoping for after Thanksgiving.. we will see. My emotions also kicked in today, crying to Bob Dylan songs and everything else. GL to all others and fellow Cranberries...

Triggering in an hour and a half...cannot wait. However, it is hard to believe the rest went by so fast and we are already here. ER on Tuesday at 9:30 am, and my sister comes that night for Thanksgiving.

I'm still feeling a little crampy from my Frday ER, but besides that I'm doing well. We heard from the RE on Saturday that 17 of our 29 eggs fertilized. We'll find out tomorrow morning whether we'll be doing a 3 or 5dt.

UGH! I have had that happen. My first blood draw for IF the nurse went right through the vein, and I was black and blue from wrist to armpit for a month plus. It was awful.

All good with me. Still no side effects from any of the meds. Last pill tomorrow, start stims the day after Thanksgiving and was told that AF may come to visit but as my lining is very thin that she just may pop in for a day or so. This is my big week to get this all started. (Still cannot inject myself so DH is in the drivers seat for this task, easier on me. I am such a whimp!)

I hated hated hated menopur. RE had me doing four a night plus four brovelle plus the ganirilex injection. In the beginning I cried like a two year old and got angry and frustrated. Put it in and just froze halfway. Willie2be suggested finding a fat part and pinching it and iceing it down beforehand. That helped. I also eventually got DH to do it for me. That just made me laugh. Lots of people praying for me and by the 5th day, I was at peace and calm as one can be when shooting up that much stuff and covered in bruises and redmarks all over the abs. The good thing is this won't be for long. Hang in there.

Big hugs to everyone. I've started the Endometrium vaginal progesterone inserts. They are pretty gross, yep. Our ET is on Tuesday. I've been pushing myself to do all these things before Tuesday, probably overdid it. Seeing friends, cleaning house, buying groceries, laundry, cleaning out closets, organizing drawers and cabinets, visiting family, filing papers, paying bills, cooking things to freeze. And I have a longer list for Monday. It is just a few days bedrest, not years! My head hurts really bad, my boobs hurt even worse and my feet hurt too. I have finally sat down and I may not get up for a while. I am feeling positive. Irritable as heck though.

Hello all,

I have been sick like hell lately. I don't think it is the meds and think it is some kind of stomach virus (you know the type - in the bathroom coming out of both ends). Add to that the stims and I am oh so miserable. I went back to the ER on saturday and they said they see 8 follicles - they are small but there was eight. That made me feel better because at the first monitoring there were none to be seen. I go back tomorrow (Monday) to see what else is up.

They think my ER will be Thanksgiving!!!! So I'm prepping and canceling what I need to.
