2 choices for birth classes

I can either take Lamaze or Birthing from Within. I really wanted to do Bradley but it's not available here. I am just beginning the research stage but any suggestions?

I read the most recent Lamaze book and really liked it. I would suggest reading the book and deciding from that if the method appeals to you.

There is a big difference between a privately taught Lamaze class and one offered by a hospital.  I would suggest asking for an outline of the curriculum and comparing them.

That's a good tip! It's taught by a doula group here so I would hope it is more what I am looking for than the hospital version but I will ask!
