Anyone know the cheapest place to get bee pollen granules (to be used as a supplement)? It's like $10 for a tiny container at Central Market. I'm thinking if I could find a local bee keeper it would be much cheaper.
Maybe try to get in touch with Round Rock Honey? I've never seen them selling pollen granules, but they're always at the Cedar Park farmers market and are nice people. They can probably point you in the right direction at least.
You'll want to try to get it from a local source to get the maximum benefit.
Bee propolis is a great immune booster. I have actually paid over $30+ dollars for some that is imported and very high grade. I don't think $10 is all that bad honestly. I find Natural grocers to be less expensive than CM and WF. Plus they regularly put their supps on sale.
