wheat grass?

Does anyone know if this is alright, I am 8wks, I have seen different things....

Haha! I always thought wheat grass was super healthy, so when I was 8 months pregnant, I took a shot without even thinking twice. Then I got paranoid and googled it and saw that it might not be ok because the conditions the grass is grown in isn't regulated by the FDA or something like that. At the end of the day it didn't hurt/harm my baby and everything was ok. I would check with your doctor just to make sure though.

Because of the mixed information I found when researching about it, I didn't attempt to take it during my pregnancy only because it wasn't FDA approved. I would check with your OB if you are interested in taking it while pregnant!
