So..is anyone getting LO a Christmas stocking? If so, are you getting one with their name on it? I'm debating on getting him a PBK one..or just going to Micheal's or something..lol..

I don't think I'll rush out and buy one.  We have plenty of stockings so she can have one this year.  I'd like to get a homemade knit one, both H & I have one like that and they are very special.  Maybe I'll take up knitting and start making it right after the holidays so it's ready for next year!

I buy new ones every year and decorate them differently.  I'm excited to get started on Coops.

I think this year I'm going to just go to Dollar Tree and get a few cheapies. I really want the whole family's to match, but we don't know #2's sex/name yet, so I want to wait until next year when we can buy all 4 as a set.

DH's grandma is crocheting DS one to match DH's.  I'm really excited to see it.

My mom is making one to match all the ones at her house and we are always there for Christmas instead of at our house, so unless we decide next year to stay home I won't be getting LO a special stocking just to hang...we don't really have anywhere to hang them anyway.

We didn't get Aiden one for his first Christmas or second one for same reasons as sweethurricane said above. This year I went ahead and got them each one even though I know we'll have at least one more child.

I got LO a PBK one and was disappointed with it.  There is visible stitching all over the outside of it that I don't think should be there for that price.  I got her a different one from another website last year and didn't like the way it turned out either.  H is putting the kibosh (sp) on me buying a third one though, and I don't blame him.  I am a little nutty.

I wanted to get one monogrammed but DH wants to write on them with glue and glitter So I went to Michael's and bought 3 stockings (bogo and only $2.99 each) and I have to go back for glue and glitter. JT had enough of Michael's at that point. I think it's cute and sentimental...although I love the idea of getting a homemade crocheted one!

Id like us all to get matching ones too. Right now I have one for H that I made for him when we were dating where i used glue and glitter to spell his name. LOL

Then I have 3 red and white ones for Mar and Sam and SS with iron on letters on them.  Id like to get something nice to have forever.
