Books on Bradley Method?

So I really want a completely natural childbirth but I can't afford the classes which are about $300 where I am at. I want to read books and prepare myself but I can't find many. So far I am in the middle of reading Husband-Coached Childbirth by Robert Bradley M.D. and I would like some more suggestions. Any thoughts would be helpful. Also I am a FTM and on a budget! (Library books are outdated btw)

Natural Hospital Birth: The Best of Both Worlds (not necessarly Bradley but a good book from what I've been told)

The Bradley Method (this is the student workbook for Bradley classes)

You can buy all the books used for less than $15 each.

I would also suggest contacting any Bradley Method teachers near you because many of us offer either playment plans, bartering opportunities or scholarships to families in need.  Personally, I would never turn a student away who wanted to take my class because of financial issues, it is too important for me to educate women about natural childbirth.  Good luck to you!

These along with the Ina May book are the ones I got.
