Estrogen and LH levels -- at ovulation

Anyone have a good sense of what are normal levels of estrogen (estradiol) and LH right before ovulation?  I've been searching online for some charts for examples or ranges.   Thanks!

(Mine yesterday were E - 216 and LH - 13 if that is helpful!)

Tx!

  • Usually your estrogen is between 150 and 200 for each mature follicle you have. I have no clue what LH levels should be at though.
