57 lbs. Not kidding. OB has never been concerned, and it's not uncommon for small people like me (I'm 4'11") to gain a lot of weight. Also, baby is measuring big and my fluid is on the high end, and I've got quite a bit of edema, ever since week 8 or so. I don't have GD (I have hypoglycemia).
33 pounds since my first 8 week appt - however, pretty sure I gained about 5 in those first few weeks.....ugh and this week I have eaten like complete crap!! I'm guessing it will be even more next week.
As of yesterday it was 13.6 kg! I will only refer to my weight in kg from now on.
My dr. hasn't made any unpleasant comments or any comments about my weight at all. When I pushed him to tell me a gain-range he said for my starting weight etc a 11 - 15kg gain would be good. So I'm right on track.
Last visit I'd lost weight again. Just a pound, but I had hoped to be gaining. I'm down 6 pounds from my starting weight. I'm a little frustrated/worried, but since LO continues to grow my doctor isn't worried. She just says everyone is different in how their body responds to pregnancy.
33 lbs! And the last 3 were all in the past week. My Dr hasn't said anything and I'm not eating anymore than I did before pregnancy. If anything, I'm eating more healthy foods (minus that first tri where I could only keep carbs down, but I only gained maybe 5 lbs in the first tri). I'm trying not to dwell on it, but I really feel like a big fat cow right now.

True that! as long as your LO is healthy!! At least you do not have to worry about loosing that weight after

I've gained 29 lbs as of this morning. In the past week I didn't gain anything. That happened at the end of my last pregnancy, too. I just stopped gaining and even lost a little between appointments.
36 pounds as of today. At this point I'm gaining just under a pound a week. Doctor this morning said I'm right on track for my height, the size of the baby, etc.
about 48 pounds. When I hit 30 pounds a couple months ago I was hoping to keep it under 50 pounds, but that's not looking likely either. I'm not worried (neither is my doctor's office - they have not mentioned weight to me once this entire pregnancy). My eating/exercise habits are not any different than pre-pregnancy so it is what it is I guess.
.29 lbs.Thank god i only have 4 weeks left. I cant afford to get much bigger. Not that im really putting on much anymore, i gain anywhere from a half to a full pound a week.

11 for me @ 34 weeks, but I was overweight to begin with and lost about 10 lbs in first tri. But according to my last u/s, baby is measuring huge, so it certainly isn't affecting him any.
40 lbs! More than I expected, my OB is giving me S*** about it but the baby is healthy so I will worry about my weight after he is born.
I'm at 49. My doc gives me crap, too. I'm 5'9 so it's not that bad. She keeps saying it will be harder to lose....duh! That's not really her concern. Nor do I gorge myself on food. I'd like to see what happens to her once she gets pregnant (young and no kids yet)...

45 lbs as of this morning. Dr doesn't seem worried and according to our growth scan today, baby is measuring big (over 7 lbs give or take), so I'm hoping that I'll walk out of the hospital at least 10-15 lbs lighter
In the overall scheme of things, I've had a pretty healthy pregnancy with minimal problems- so if worrying about losing a little extra baby weight after the fact is the worst I have to deal with after delivering a healthy baby, I'm ok with that.

To my angels- I held you every second of your lives and I'll love you every second of mine.
4 lbs. I was really sick the first trimester and lost close to 20 lbs. While I am only up a few from my pre-pregnancy/first appt. weight, my gain has been close to 25 lbs. total.
Worse thing happened to me last night... DH and I went out to eat and the place only had booths and I couldn't fit. We had to leave. I was in tears at the car!
According tomy first OB appt until now, 35 lbs... However, my home scale shows the same as the doctors office...And the month before I got pregnant with some hard core dieting and exercising I was down 9 lbs more to begin with according to it... So I think I have really gained 44 lbs... But I won't tell my OB! ;]
I was up 36lbs at my last appt--since I had apparently gained SIX pounds since my previous appt the week before- WTF?! I think it's mostly water weight, since my feet and ankles have swelled horribly in the past week or so, but my dr still kinda gave me a little grief about it. To be honest, I have not been eating great the past month or so...been indulging in a few too many treats. I think So, I am now chugging water all day long, and really trying harder to eat better. We'll see where I'm at by next week's appt....

I don't even care a little bit.

It was a 3 pound week for me too! Guessing the combo of : baby shower/left overs/restaurant meals helped pad the number a little!
Hrmph! I don't wanna play this game no more.
Alright. ~30 lbs, I love the idea of converting to kgs though! Sounds much better!
Sad that I just had a HUGE craving for a hot, gooey chocolate chip cookie as I was typing this post. . . . Om nom nom nom.
