The Institute of Welcoming Resources is a non-denominational resource for LGBT issues in the Church. Here is their list of welcoming congregations. Looks like you're in California--there are hundreds, but of course it all depends on where you are. Of course, they can't find every single welcoming church, but it's a good place to start!
I'm sure it's on some of the above lists, but the Metropolitan Community Church is a "gay" church.
