How much Fenugreek do you take?

I just got some last night, and the bottle says take 1-2 pills twice a day.  But I wasn't sure exactly what they were assuming you were using it for.  I took 2 pills last night and 2 this morning.  I think it said they were 650 mg pills.

Is that enough?  Too much?  How long should I give it before expecting results?

And where do you buy yours and how much do you pay?  I paid $24 for 160 pills from a nutrition store.  I'm sure it wasn't the cheapest place, but I haven't had time to price shop and it was the most convenient.

They don't assume you are taking it for lactation, and you need to take a LOT more than that to see results. You need to get up to 3500 mg/day (or somewhere around there). I had 610mg capsules and took 3 pills 3 times per day. https://www.kellymom.com/herbal/milksupply/fenugreek.html

I saw some improvement in a couple of days, back to normal supply in a week (I took it after a stomach flu killed my supply).

I bought mine at GNC (or RiteAid that stocked GNC stuff, you can look it up on the GNC website). It was something like $9 for 160 pills.

3 caps 3x/day here too.  I get it from amazon--100 610mg caps is $3.80 with subscribe and save.

I take 2 caps twice a day but each cap is 1200 mg so that totals 4800 mg/day.

I got the Gaia kind at Whole Foods and 60 caps were $26.
