Last of the test results...

We had a doctors appointment today.. mostly to check my blood pressure. Since I had pre-e it's been high since I was diagnosed and still hadn't gone back to normal. Today it was finally back to normal so I can start tapering off the medication, which is good... that was one big hurdle between where we are now and getting the green light to start trying for our rainbow baby. He also gave us the last of our test results...and other than the pre-e everything was normal. Along with the other tests they did they tested for every complication from pre-e that can kill the baby and none of those things happened... so they don't even think it was related to that.

So frustrating b/c it will make me that much more nervous next time that they just overlooked something. We have 2 drs looking at all of this and will see them both next pregnancy (one is a high risk dr who was brought in to the situation when i was diagnosed)... so I just have to trust them. It's hard though, I wish we had an explanation... he just looked so perfect and normal when he was born.

I'm glad your body is getting back to normal. It's frustrating that there's no answer for you though. I haven't had my follow up appt yet but I'm so worried they won't have an answer for us either which will make me incredibly worried about next time (god willing!) I did not have pre-e or any known problems so we have no idea why I went into labor so early.
