Thanks Ladies for all the positive thoughts. I think they worked!
My monitoring appt today showed 8 measureable follies but 3 that have taken a comfortable lead. I have 2 @ 16 mm and 1 @ 14 mm in addition to a bunch @ 10 & 11 mm. I'm waiting to get the call for my instructions after my b/w comes back but I should have at least 2 (maybe 3) good follies for my IUI. I couldn't be happier!
Also, my follies have grown faster this cycle compared to my other 6 medicated cycles and I can only guess that is from acupuncture. I was afraid it would be slower since we lowered my meds but today was a nice surprise.
ETA: Got the call about my b/w. Everything looks good but I have to go back Friday for another u/s & b/w. I feel better about that because I was afraid triggering tomorrow would be too soon. So, now it looks like IUI will probably be Sunday.

I go to Roman Footnick. He came very highly recommended and I love him. His office is kindof obscure and non-descript from the outside but he's fabulous and very professional. My insurance doesn't cover it but I know some does. I pay $100 per session and think it's worth it.
I went to him last fall and just started back this cycle since this is our "hail Mary cycle" before IVF. He told me on Monday that he wanted to make my follies grow faster but not add anymore. Well, whatever he did worked.

05/09/11-HSG-All clear! 05/13/11-SA-Normal. Found out on 2/14/12, low Morph (1%).
06/17/11-10 days of Clomid (100, 150) No response.
07/10/11-03/20/12- 5 Injectable (Follistim) IUI cycles; 4 BFN, 1 C/P. (stims ranged from 11 days to 25 days)
05/28/12-Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. 75 mcg Synthroid.
IVF with ICSI in June/July 2013 = BFP!. Beta # 1 = 123. Beta # 2 = 252. Due March 25th. Baby boy arrived March 27, 2013!

I'm waiting to hear back. The nurse said possible trigger tomorrow night and IUI Saturday. Based on my previous cycles I was anticipating Monday. I was afraid it might be even later due to decreasing my meds.
Last cycle I did Gonal-F for 15 days at 75-100 iu. This cycle I went back to Femara at 5 mg and switched to Follistim and have done 75 iu for 7 days (so far). I may stim 1 more day but this is still much sooner than I expected.
I highly recommend acupuncture if for nothing more than the relaxation aspect. I wanted to do acupuncture for the last 3 cycles but my DH wanted to hold of due to cost. At this point, it's a drop in the bucket. I've been 3 times this cycle.

Aww, tonight will be 17 for me (hopefully done very soon) so I would give anything to help decrease the amount of days needed.
