Trouble TTC

PLEASE talk me off the ledge!

I think I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

It's been a crazy couple of weeks at work -  I've been trapped in court on a nasty rape case while work piles up on my desk and nobody has helped me with any of it.

My whole house is being remodeled so I'm living in a construction zone. I had to sleep on the couch last night because our bedroom is uninhabitable and the guest room is filled to the ceiling with furniture from other rooms. It seems like everything in my normally spotless house is filthy and I can barely stand it!

I had my baseline yesterday and I'm cleared for IUI #5 so I was really excited...until about 20 minutes ago when I realized Freedom Fertility hadn't called to verify my Gonal F prescription. I called to find out what's up and my prescription fell through the cracks somehow! Really? They're trying to find it locally for me, but I'm terrified they won't and then this cycle will be effed.

Thanks for letting me freak out :)

  • I feel you on the house being out of order. We are finishing our basement and it seems like crap just piles up wherever it sits. Drives me BSC. Hope you're Rx gets through in time!

  • Could you maybe stay at a hotel for a few days?  It will give you a vacation from the renovation, which might reduce your stress a bit.

Ohhh what a great, relaxing idea. Maybe this weekend? Have brunch in the hotel restaurant, swim in the indoor pool, go to a movie! I'm sorry you're having such a hard week. I really hope they get the meds to you ASAP! If not, let your RE know, they may have samples or donated meds you could use for a few days.

That's a great idea! I'll talk to Mr. Daisies and see if we can find a pet sitter. I'm definitely calling my doc tomorrow morning to see if they have any gonal f! I'm trying to relax, but I just can't stop crying
