May I Join Too? (an intro)

I have been lurking pretty much since DD has been born, but I am now finally getting my intro in :)

DD was born 1 month ago today at 37w1d. I was induced due to very high BP. I am still battling the high BP but things seem to be getting better. 

I am getting used to motherhood and learning how to get anything done when I am home alone with her (seriously, how do you all do it?!). She is a great baby though and we are so blessed. I can't believe she is 1 month today - it is also the year mark of my m/c. I thought this day would be a lot harder, but I guess having this precious baby to stare at all day made it a little easier :)

I am so grateful for all the support I received on TTCAL and PgAL and look forward to getting to know you (and your LOs) better.

    I can't believe Lillian is already a month old! And SO beautiful! I'm sorry for the anniversary- mine's at the end of the month and I've been dreading it for weeks. I am really glad we are both moving over though!
    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    Congratulations on your DD, she is adorable :)

    Sorry for the anniversary. They are always hard, but I honestly think having my DS made the one year marker a little easier and helped to keep my mind distracted. (The one year anniversary of when we lost our DD was a week and a half after DS was born.)

    Its amazing how similar our stories are.  I was also induced in my 37th week for BP issues (Pre-E) which stuck around after delivery (I was on meds until just last week).  Your LO was born on what was my babies EDD.  We also had our m/c's within days of one another.  ((hugs)) to you a little late for passing your date.

    Yay glad to see you here! As far as getting things done, I have NO idea myself. I'm sorry about the sad anniversary, that's so hard!

    Glad to see you here! My 2 year loss anniversary is also this month. Thanksgiving is always a bittersweet time...it's nice the have something to be truly thankful for this year. : )
