Where to find toddler/child-sized spatulas locally?

My sister needs a dozen or so, any thoughts on where she might be able to find some, somewhat inexpensively? Thanks!

H got a set of cooking tools as a gift that I think was from Ikea. Not sure if they sell them spearately but it might be worth a call to check.

The Le Cruset store at the outlet mall had cute little ones.  And Williams Sonoma has some too.
