At my dr. office they have clients pee directly on a test strip rather than in a cup. This was no big deal until week 32 when my aim was not longer as good as the previous months. I am wondering if a cup is less tricky?? There are cups if requested but if it's a gong show either way I'd rather not waste the plastic.
Re: Is a cup any easier?
This! But I am almost 34 weeks
My OB has both plastic drinking (8 oz) cups and the sample cups in the restroom for this. I tried once directly into the sample cup and since it was small, it didn't work out so well. I also didn't want to give the nurse a cup I had peed all over..that's nasty.
So I use the plastic cup (since the opening is really wide, I've never missed yet! Even now when I can't see ANYTHING below my belly...not even the toilet when I sit on it...LOL)...then just pour into the sample cup. So much easier.
