You can do diaper trials of various brands, but I don't think you can outright just rent them.

I'm renting from Nell's Natural Baby. I'm doing a KL0 rental but they do have a BG rental.

My stash is 90% BG's (different styles) and 10% Econobum but I decided to get a NB rental from www.Cutiepoops.com because of the cutness.  It's $12 a week for AIO's and I figured I couldnt beat that and the cutness.  ( I should be getting my NB stash in 3 weeks!!!)
