    two showings on the weekend...no more feedback...everything is just perfect with our house, but there are a million others just like it on the market at the same price and so people aren't picking ours.

    We talked to our realtor...in the 11 weeks we've had it on the market, we have had 26 showings, which is awesome....but not a SINGLE offer...which SUCKS!!! 

    we are taking it off the market this weekend, Saturday.  I can't do it anymore.  I want to enjoy the holidays without being Monster-Moving-Mommy!!!!!!!

    That stinks! Are you going to try to put up again after the new year or closer to spring?

    If so, get the web-cam and do some spying!

    Do you just want a bigger place?
