I feel like I have some sort of pregnancy flu or something.
Yesterday I was having periods of lightheadedness and shakiness and just weak feeling overall. I was EXHAUSTED and it felt like nothing could perk me up. I felt like I was so out of it at work and almost felt like I was kind of getting sick. I'm proud of myself for making it through the day. There were even a few periods where I felt like I was going to get sick or throw up at my desk. I don't feel like I have a cold though and I am eating a lot of healthy foods throughout the day.
Today I'm exhausted as well, I can barely keep my eyes open. I just had a three day weekend because of Rememberance Day and I did a lot of sleeping over the weekend too.
What the heck? I'm at the point of exhaustion that I have never been at before and it's frustrating me because I can't control it. My morning cup of coffee almost makes me feel more sick. How the heck am I going to keep working for four more weeks if I feel like this? I've gone to part time hours so I don't want to miss any time.
Anyone else feel like this or have a cure?
Re: Anyone else extremely exhausted suddenly?
I feel exactly the same way, within the past week.
Plus the pain of him being so low now added to that.
Strangely, not really. I am needing to take more breaks during the day to sit down and rest for half an hour or so between running errands and getting the house ready, but other than that, I feel like I'm running on adrenaline.
I had to force myself to go to bed at midnight last night because I was doing baby stuff and didn't feel like sleeping, had a crappy sleep and got up early for work this morning, but I still feel like an Energizer bunny. I just have the itch to be getting stuff done and it seems to have replaced sleep.
ETA: I hope your exhaustion doesn't last too much longer! I had the 1st tri sleepies with both pregnancies, and slept 12-15 hours a day (hello lunch break nap in the car!). It was ridiculous. I know how hard it is to function when you're so tired.

I could have written this myself. As much as it sucks, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was getting sick too.... but maybe not
I don't remember this with DS1. Hope you start feeling better soon!
I dealt with that all last week but it seems like I snapped out of it part of the way through yesterday. I just hung out on the couch for a few days and took it easy so hopefully it'll go away for you like it did me.
I hope it does go away soon, I'm exhausted!
I left work because I just feel so horrible. My body is achey, my tummy hurts (but I'm thinking it's not contractions, it's nothing timeable that's for sure), and I'm gagging. I'm so exhausted, I feel like I could sleep for a million years.
Tosh, at night I can't sleep, I feel like I'm buzzing even though I'm tired! I got out of bed last night to do some errands around the house and then I was able to sleep after.
