DX: MFI - less than 1 million sperm, 26% motility
DH put on anastrozole to increase counts
June/July 2011 100 mg Clomid + TS IUI#1 & IUI 2 - BFN :-(
Forced break due to DH getting spinal surgery in August 2011
IVF - January 2012: BFN
FET in April 2012 - BFP at 6dp5dt! Beta #1 at 9dp5dt: 82.5, Beta #2 at 12dp5dt: 352 Beta #3 at 19dp5dt: 6000, saw heartbeat and one little bean at 5W6D!
After nearly 3 years of waiting our LO was born December 18th 2012!

Just an update from my post yesterday. I finally got the SA results back. I was actually lucky enough to get them yesterday late afternoon so I had some GOOD news to share with DH!
HE STARTED TO PRODUCE SPERM AGAIN! 
IVF #1 is on for January (hopefully, barring insurance). He had 3 million sperm, 40% of which was motile. Our office doesn't give out morph info, but the RE said his results qualify us for IVF with ICSI.
When I told DH, he was a little upset that his count is still so much lower then it was in the spring (we actually got it to aroun 8-10 million back then) but after it sunk in that he had started to produce some he is super relieved too. And, that is important because stress can greatly impact the pain he has in his back.
Anyways, I am feeling much better as well. We are starting to come to terms that his pain will be something that he will have to deal with possibly for the rest of his life, but things like exercise, stress management, and warmer climates help. So, he is amping up his job search in more southern states, and I am going going to try to get KTFU because our IF is definitely a large stressor on the both of us. Thank you all for your support yesterday and I look forward to cycling with you ladies after the holidays!

Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.
IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.
Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

Thanks all! We are so relieved and happy to be back on track! Hey mg, this is DH's 2nd SA, but the first one revealed no sperm. So yes! We could produce more by the time we get to IVF, but either way we are just happy it will happen!
