90% sure I will be ending up here...

Just a little back story, Me and BF are currently not talking and I am 32 weeks pregnant with his daughter. 

I just curious on how to go about the whole custody and child support thing?

Is it wrong for me to ask him for child support? When I know he dose not have a job? 

I am so lost on what to do and any advice would be comforting

and words of wisdom!!

    Of course it isn't wrong! He created the baby and he can help support it. The money is for the child.

    My Ex doesn't have a real job either, and the child support was calculated off of how much he *could* earn working full time at minimum wage.
