HCG trigger ?

For ladies who've done it - how long does it take for that to get out of your system?  I triggered last Thurs, then had another one today to boost my progesterone levels (5 days after first).  How long should I expect this to take before it's out of my system?   TIA!

Mine was in my system at least 10 days, longer for my IVF trigger.  But, everyone is different, some people's don't last that long.  Good luck hun!

CRAP!  I asked the nurse and I thought she said up to 10 days, but it was 7am and I was super tired so I wasn't sure, lol.  I did an opk this morning (5 days after first, but before the second), and it was still +, so I know longer than 5!

Depends on what kind and how much hcg was in it.  I took Ovidril and both times I tested it out, it took 3 days.  I am assuming you took one with more Hcg seeing as itsis still + after 5 days.  There is a chart somewhere that tells you how long it takes your body to go through Hcg, but I cant remember where it is...

I used Ovidrel 250ug - is this one more than others? Also will this prolong my LP? Just trying to make sure I don't falsely get my hopes up when testing time comes. Thanks!!

I think it can vary but I've generally heard around 10 days.  I waited 14 days past the trigger to test though, b/c I didn't want there to be a chance it was still the HCG hanging around.

Mine was usually out by 7dpo.... so 8dpt. They usually say it takes 10 days on average.

Thanks ladies! It sounds like I should wait until 15-16dpo to test then (2nd shot was approx 4dpo)?? My LP is usually only 12 days, but I'm guessing it'll be longer this time? Good think Ill be super busy this week and next! That's a long time to wait! I have a blood test scheduled for the Mon after Thanksgiving if I make it that long.

Mine was usually out by 6-7 days. Ovidrel was out around 5-6 days and pure 10k hcg was out around 7-8.

I would highly recommend testing out the trigger starting around 4 days after your last shot
