Trouble TTC

FINALLY pulled myself together....

Hey everyone!! I posted a while back that I turned into quite a hot mess following my miscarriage and that was an understatement! However, I have managed to pull it together and I'm excited to get back into the swing of things. MH has been so great and we have come up with a plan together. We have decided to put off fertility treatment until after the holidays to avoid the stress of emtotional and financial issues. We are going to try "on our own" for the next couple of months. I even bought a box of OPKs today! For some reason it gives me a sense of hope like I felt when we first started trying. I even feel excited to POAS tomorrow and cross my fingers for a smiley face. I know that getting pregnant on our own is probably unlikely but for the first time in a while I feel hopeful and I'll take it!

Re: FINALLY pulled myself together....

  • Sounds like you have a solid plan and the holidays can certainly be stressful without involving TTC. I on the other hand decided to book an appointment and will probably be going through a bunch of tests during the holidays. Good luck!
