Advertising?!

Hi Everyone! I"m kind of new to all of this and starting to work on my profile, ads, etc. Where did you guys advertise and become successful? Online? in printed newspapers? Craigslist? FAcebook? etc?

I'm not much help, but I just noticed that you hadn't gotten any responses.  We were planning to advertise ourselves and adopt privately, but we ended up getting matched with an agency very quickly (it was plan .  I have heard good things about advertising online, but our plan was to give our profile to attorneys who matched, crisis pregnancy centers, and churches. 

Honestly, most of the networking that I've heard about being successful in real life is word-of-mouth through friends.  It seems like the match frequently comes through friends/relatives of friends/relatives.  Just start spreading the word to everyone you know that you are interested in adopting.  You might be surprised by how far you can cast your net.  Good luck!
