Blood work ?

So I called my RE today regarding my CD 21 bw and I was under the impression that they'd automatically do my hcg on cycle day 28 which would be the day before thanksgiving now when I called she said id wait and if I didntcycle then I'd come in for a b&p appointment ... What is that? And should I still plan on doing that cd28? I had my iui nov 9 (cd14) ... I'm so confused I guess I could always poas that day since it'll be 14dpiui? Can u tell I'm a nut!?

dx: MFI due to uncontrolled diabetes
10/2011 baseline bw, us and HSG - ALL CLEAR!!, SA #s were looking good
Nov 7 2011 Clomid monitored ultrasound - 2 follies on left side (one was 18-20mm the other was 22 mm) and 1 medium follie on right side
Nov 9 2011 IUI #1 clomid + ovidrel trigger
Nov 23 2011 BFP!!
beta #1 11/23: 228, progesterone: 38, beta #2 11/25: 426, progesterone: over 40, beta #3 11/29: over 1100, progesterone: 30.4, beta #4 12/2: 1800, progesterone: 20.4 - starting progesterone suppositories, beta #5 12/6: 1600 :(, progesterone: 19, after a rollercoater of up & down betas we went ahead with the methotrexate shots and ultimately had a m/c 12/2011 :(

    I had my iui 11/9 too, and plan to POAS on 11/23.  Maybe 11/22 if I can't wait Stick out tongue  Then I call my doc if it's BFP or when I get AF.  He won't do a beta until I get a positive HPT.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    oh okay! i actually just got off the phone w/the nurse who i always seem to get at my RE's office - she must think im insane - but never acts like i am :) she explained everyhting to me - what the progesterone is looking for (i had no idea) and told me to call on 11/23 if i dont get AF and ill schedule my beta for that friday - and you better believe ill POAS on 11/23 and possibly 11/22 too if i can't wait!! Big Smile good luck to you TJ! keep me posted on how you do, and i'll do the same!!
