Star baby newborns

I bought some of these off a bumpie in hopes of my cycle working. My question is, Do I have to use a cover with these?

    Yes a cover is needed : ) They're fitted diapers so they have no water proof outer to keep your LO dry. Throw a thirsties, bummis, flip, wool or any other cover over it to make it water proof.
