back from monitoring appt and a PCOS?

I had my first ultrasound today, I am on CD14.  I have a 17mm and a 14mm follie on one ovary and a 13mm and some tiny ones on the other.  Going to do the HCG shot tomorrow. Calling around to pharamacies to find the best price, cheapest I've found so far is $70. 

I have not been officially diagnosed with PCOS yet.  I have many of the symptoms and have not ovulated at all since I got my Mirena out, but my cd3 labs were normal and we saw no string of pearls on my ovaries this morning.  So I only have 1 of the 3 issues needed for diagnosis.  So I don't know what I am now.  Annovulatory?  I don't know what to think about all that, I was hoping for a definitive diagnosis.  Part of me still thinks it's PCOS but maybe not. 

happy that I am probably going to ovulate though, and he said my lining looks great too.

I was diagnosed by my RE in September.  I ovulate on my own, albeit late, and all of my blood work came back normal, so I was shocked to be told I had PCOS.  My only signs are: slightly cystic ovaries and I'm slightly overweight. FWIW, my ovaries do not look like a string of pearls.  They look like they are dotted with tiny follies.

I'm sorry, it must be frustrating to not have a definitive diagnosis.  But those are great numbers - GL!  I pay 82 for ovidrel, so 70 sounds pretty good to me.
