Gluten/Wheat free?

I am planning to do a gluten/wheat free diet when LO2 arrives.

Lots of green smoothies. But obviously need other meals as well

I follow primal/paleo and there are lots of sites out there.  marksdailyapple is a great all around site/blog/motivation.  Elena's Pantry is great for recipes.
