ABC book

I am thinking of making an ABC book for my 1 1/2 year old for christmas. He loves looking at books and has a speech delay so I thought it would help to have things he likes and comes across often to help him talk.   Shutterfly has one I thought i'd use.  I am trying to think of things that go with each letter that pertain to him and am coming up short on a lot of letters! I have the typical m for mommy, d daddy, k kitty, h house, g grampa etc.

I need ideas for:

E, I, J, N, O, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z

Any ideas?  Thanks so much!

Go to shutterfly and click on the "community" tab, then search "ABC book"  there are hundreds of ABC books that people have made that you can look at for ideas.
