Did/does BC exacerbate your PPD/PPA?

The BCP makes me crazy.

I am trying the NR right now for period regulation only but I think it might be exacerbating my issues. 

Is this something I should bring up with my Dr or is it not likely?

Definately talk with your doctor. BCP are more hormones, on top the crazy hormones we already have. Good luck!

On Zoloft and Abilify, the BCP's I tried messed up my balance. Even Nuva ring was hard for me.

 

Discuss with Dr. Perhaps an IUD?

Thank you. I stopped the BC and feel much better. Still having some anxiety but it's easier to control. Thanks again.
