EF nonstick pan

Any recommendations? I just need one to use for eggs.

I've tried using my stainless steel and cast iron (but I haven't been using it very long, so maybe it's just not seasoned well enough?) and the eggs always stick.

sounds like your cast-iron needs to be seasoned better, I use mine for eggs. When I use stainless I have to use lots of oil.

I only have one non-stick pan (wok) but I LOVE it - GreenPan. It's nice and heavy & PFOA and PTFE-free.

ITA.  I love cooking eggs on my cast iron, it just took a few session of cooking bacon to get it nice and seasoned.

We have a Green Pan, too, but it's started to lose it's coating. Boo on that. I vote stainless steel and watch the temp.
