is this normal?

I had my last shower today, it was so much fun. I feel very lucky to have sucha suppportive and loving family. Well, I walked around and talked to everyone and made sure I said something to everyone like you should you know? My feet were hurting by the end of it, which I knew would happen, but when I gpt home and took my shoes off I was shocked at how badly they were swollen. It's like it's swollen all the way up to the middle of my shin! I got home at 5:30 and I went to sleep for a little while at nine. I thought maybe after I slept and put my feet up the swelling would go down. It's 1 a.m. now and my right foot is still swollen! is it normal for them to stay swollen this long? Does this happen to you? Thanks.
