Sarasota area prenatal yoga classes

I was wondering if anyone new of prenatal yoga classes in the Sarasota area. I had just started Zumba before I found out I was pregnant and was really excited to go back. However the reviews are a little mixed on Zumba in the first trimester if you hadn't been doing it routinely before. I know yoga for prenatal should be a little more low impact.

I took classes from Cheryl Kaiser at the Lakewood Ranch medical center & at Prana.  Her website is: blossomintobeing.com

There is also a studio in Rosemary Court that offers prenatal yoga.

If you plan on delivering at SMH, the Sarasota Healthplex on Clark Rd will give you 3 months of free prenatal exercise classes: yoga, aqua aerobics, & low impact.  I went there as well.  They also give you 3 months of post-natal classes, including Mommy-baby Yoga
