I just started WW back up again, after gaining some of my weight back (I was lifetime last year) and I'm ready to get this extra weight off! I'm having a hard time finding motivation to keep the extra junk out of my mouth and exercise. I need a weight loss buddy- oh and to lose 9 more pounds in the next 2 weeks to make lifetime again through WW. Anyone else doing WW?

I did WW for a period of time and did take some of the weight off but it is tough to keep on track without someone to help hold you accountable.
I have had success with the Beach Body programs, I am currently doing Turbo Fire and while everyday is not perfect for me, it is definitely a tough workout that gives some forgiveness for those days when the Hershey bar or bag of chips over powers my ideas of healthy eating. I am in pre-baby clothes and now working on getting toned and tight.
Do either of you use any videos to help with the exercising? I would like to have some workout partners that are in the same situation I am in.
I have p90x ..haven't really stared up again, but I have been doing some crunches, drinking more water and laying off the snack size hersheys
I am already down to pre-preg weight, but surely enough there is some toning to do, I'm scared to try on my jeans..all of which are size 0 so until I feel comfortable I'll stick to my leggings
I've never had a partner so I'm not sure how we can be accountable...I like the idea of having weekly goals and making sure we stick by them . Let me know of any ideas
Also, its easier for me to do this all via email since it goes directly to my cell.
I'm in need of someone to tell me to back away from the chips...lol
How can we make this work ladies? I really want to shed these pounds!!!
