I was just catching up on posts from this weekend and saw that you went to a Young Life basket raffle.  I work for Young Life in Syracuse (with YoungLives actually which is teen moms).  We have some really good friends who work for YL in Buffalo.

Hope you got some good baskets!

    Yeah, my mom's good friend at work is on the committee that organizes it every year. Her daughter-in-law is a leader (if that's what you call them?!) It is such a great event. My mom always donates a basket and something for the silent auction (she's super crafty, unlike me!)

    This was actually the first time in all the years we've gone that neither my mom or I won anything! :( I bought $40 worth of raffle tickets too, and my mom bought even more! Oh well... at least it went to a good cause! ;) My SIL is pregnant, and she won a cute basket w/ one of the Kohl's Cares for Kids books & stuffed animal, a $25 Kohl's gc and some other little baby items. Everyone else at our table won at least once too... I guess it just wasn't my year!
