Doctors are saying she will most likely live. They are doing an MRI tomorrow and will decide after that if they want to attempt to remove the breathing tube because she's not really relying on the machine. There is some concern about her airway possibly collapsing (I'm assuming that's just the worse case scenario) in which case they will have to do a tracheotomy before she leaves.
They think she may have had a seizure so she's on anti-seizure meds and they did a blood transfusion this morning because her blood count was low. They warmed her back up to normal and that seems positive to me. Thanks again for the continued thoughts and prayers. It's going to be a long road but the family is optimistic at this point.

Continued good thoughts/ vibes/ healing their way
It's my BIL (DH's sister and her husband..and they're 21). Their family has been through a lot this year! The baby was actually born the day DH got out of the hospital. Hes keeping it together pretty well. He's staying strong because SIL is pretty emotional.
